God Is Always with the Church
The Holy Spirit is sent to the Church forever:
“And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever” (John. 14:16)
The Lord Jesus Christ promised to be with the Church always:
“I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen” (Matt. 28:20)
The Church Will Not Be Overcome
The Lord pronounces a prophecy about the invincibility of the Church:
“I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it” (Matt. 16:18)
The Truth Will Always Be in the Church
The truth will be with the Church forever:
“The Elder, to the elect lady and her children, whom I love in truth, and not only I, but also all those who have known the truth, because of the truth which abides in us and will be with us forever” (2 John. 1:1-2)
The Church Will Always Glorify God
In the Church all, in all generations, will glorify God:
“to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen” (Eph. 3:21)
The Eucharist Will Be Celebrated in the Church Until Christ Comes
“For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes” (1 Cor. 11:26)
