God gave a beginning to everything that has a beginning:
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. <...> All things came into being through him, and without him not one thing came into being. What has come into being” (John. 1:1,3)
The priest Melchizedek — a type of the Son of God, who has no beginning of days:
“Without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but resembling the Son of God, he remains a priest forever” (Heb. 7:3)
