Biography
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and postgraduate studies of Kuban State University, Candidate of Law (2002). Before entering the seminary, he taught at the same university.
In 2008, he entered the Moscow Theological Seminary, where he graduated in 2013. After that, he studied for a master's degree in the Department of Theology (graduated in 2015) and postgraduate studies at the Moscow Theological Academy. In 2018, after completing postgraduate studies, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic: "Eschatology of sects of Protestant origin". In the course of writing the work, he corresponded and repeatedly participated in disputes with various sectarians. As a result of many years of research, a monograph was published, which is more than three times the volume of the dissertation: "False prophecies about the future in the light of Christ's truth. Orthodox Assessment of the eschatological doctrines of Baptists, Pentecostals, Seventh-day Adventists, and Jehovah's Witnesses."
In the course of his studies, he was ordained a deacon and then a priest (on December 9, 2012, in the Academic Intercession Church of the Moscow Theological Academy).
After graduating from the Moscow Theological Academy from 2018 to 2021 on a business trip to the Khabarovsk Diocese, he was a cleric of the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ in Khabarovsk and a teacher at the Khabarovsk Theological Seminary. He taught sectology, exegetical analysis of the Pentateuch and the Gospel, and patrology.
Since 2021 in Kostroma. Priest of St. Tikhon's Church and teacher of Kostroma Theological Seminary. Teaches sectology and patrology.
